What is the length of each call?
60 minutes each week on Thursday or Friday, on the phone or on Zoom.
What happens after I enroll?
You will receive immediate access to the HUB, the online resource center for coaching members.
Who are my teammates?
Your R Squared teammates will be 6-7 other recruiters in various fields: real estate, title, etc. from the US and Canada plus your Wickman-trained Coach who will know your name and keep you focused on your goals. Most participants refer to their teammates as their "Board of Directors" or "Mastermind Group"
What is the format of each call?
The 60-minute call is organized into two parts. The first part is all about accountability. Each member reports their activity and results for the week and measures progress toward their goals. This informs their activity plan for the coming week. Your coach will provide a tracking sheet for you to use. The second part of the call is shared by everyone, one at a time. Each of you will bring either a Parade of Techniques to share or an Ask the Experts question.
